It’s very much a home-grown event with all the participants having a strong connection to Trinity. FourSquare, sang their first gig here in the summer and include the sparkling young talents of Charlotte Rowan & Kyle Harrison-Pope. The foursome is completed by Sue Candler & Bob Ball, who, shall we say, have been around a little longer. The Plus One is pianist Francis Goodwin, an amazing young talent, presently studying for his second degree at the Royal Northern College of Music and who played here twice earlier in 2018. It’s an exciting combination (if I say so that shouldn’t!). When we were together in the summer, we enjoyed an awful lot of fun, and our declared aim is that everyone should have fun on the 12th. The music will be very far ranging with songs, songs from the shows, some opera, some exciting piano music and certainly some humour; there might even be some surprises.
